Using the correct version of a template is an essential starting point for any document used within a regulated environment. Too often, there is confusion around this, as the traditional approach is often documents that are stored on a hard drive somewhere on a network with little or no control.
Kneat Gx solves this problem by having designated template area’s where all templates can be managed centrally in one location. The Kneat versioning control system means that only the current version of the template is used, thus avoiding the use of older versions.
Kneat Gx separates templates into three main areas:
- Site Document Templates (Including Design and Test Templates)
- Report Templates
- Issue Templates (Including Deviation & Change Control)
Standard templates for any document or suite of documents can be created very easily using Kneat Gx, thus giving piece of mind that the correct version of a template is always used.
